Humble beginnings
Disco Legacy began by utilising just one amp, a mixer, 4 speakers and 3 small lights, operated by 2 people, Disco Legacy has grown considerably to an extent that we can comfortably cover up to 4 functions simultaneously. There have been occasions on which we have done up to 9 functions in a day. Disco Legacy now boasts a team of 7 dedicated and highly skilled technical employees as well as 4 of the hottest young and up and coming DJ’s on the North Coast.

Our professionalism and dedication led us to being awarded the contract of preferred sound provider for the Gateway Theatre of Shopping (2006). The contract involved us providing quality sound and lighting to artists performing at the center weekly.
In 2007, due to numerous requests from clients in Gauteng, Disco Legacy has decided to expand its business operation into Gauteng. This will be personally managed by Vishanth himself. DJ Vishanth has played alongside the likes of DJ Rakash Ramdin of Lotus FM (Club Evolution, JHB) as well as DJ Ravi R of East Coast Radio (school matric farewell). We have played in many areas including Randburg, Kempton Park, Edenvale, Sandton, University of Joburg, Centurion, and Pretoria.
